Virginia Foreclosure questions

The properties in my county are listed in the Washington post. However The Post only list Notice of trustee sales which end in two weeks. That is hardly enough time for me to research a property and make an offer to an owner. Does anyone know where listings for Notice of Defaults are listed in virginia? Those listings would give me enough time to do research on the house and to see if i want to invest in them. Thank you in advance.
