Bank property - need help finding the right contact

Has anyone had any experience purchasing from the bank directly ? I'm  looking at a property that's being in an abandon state for some time now (mailbox full, uncut grass,etc...) I did an address search and it shows that J.P. Morgan chase took possession of the title back in 12/2015. Have you done something like this before?
