Understanding REO's and Transactional funding
Hello everyone,
I was researching how to wholesale REO properties and understanding how transactional funding works and I came across something that confused me. I noticed that people would say the only stipulation to transactional funding is having a buyer already in place. My question is how would I have a buyer in place, guaranteed to buy a house that I have yet to purchase? I hope this makes sense to you guys. Please help. Thanks in advance....
