Option Contract Vs Regular Sales Contract... What are you using?

I hear banks like Wells Fargo and others are not accepting the Option contract In order to get deals pushed through you have to use a regular purchase agreement with disclosures.

Is anyone having issues using the Option contract? If you are using a regular purchase contract what disclosures are you putting in your contracts.
