Tenant lives personal belongings in the house

hi everyone! Just trying to get some help. We are closing on a short sale today but the tenant that lived there before left his motorcycle, a car and some other personal belongings in the house. I think he is intentionally pushing the buttons and I do not know what my recourse would be when I sign the docs. We can change the locks today and he technically will not have any access inside the house but he said that he is doing his best to pick it up by Friday morning. Well on Friday morning that property will be mine and everything that is left there technically belongs to me. So what do you think I should do? Sign the docs and take possession of everything in the house? Or will the tenant still have the right to get his stuff?
