Locked in on an REO property. Closing set for next month. The Title company now came back with a Title commitment that shows the previous owner has some Criminal Restitution Judgement.

Bank is proposing a RE - FORECLOSURE to get the Title Cleaned.

What is a RE-Foreclosure and how long does it take In TEXAS ..

Will i loose the house if the bank goes through a re-foreclosure process in an effort to get the tile cleared.

I am new investor...

I believe your Foreclosures in TX are non judicial, which would make them much quicker than ours here.  But, likely the bank will cancel your contract, and relist once they complete the reforeclosure.
