GA: Title insurance and Closing day of Auction

Greetings All,

A few newbie questions here regarding purchasing foreclosures at auction, specifically in Gwinnett County, GA:

- How is title insurance typically purchased on a won bid?  Meaning, is it offered the day of purchase via the auction.com folks at a reasonable price, or is there a window of time available to find your own provider?

- Say you won a bid, is all paperwork completed right then and there or is an additional 'closing' scheduled at a later date?

Much thanks to the members of this board!

Rick H.
