Can I wholesale a pre-foreclosed home listed on Mls sites?

Hello everyone, I'm new to wholesaling and would like to know if I can wholesale a pre-foreclosed home in my area. It's selling for $135,000 and other comps next to it are going for around $170,000. I was hoping I can get the home down to $115,000, get it under contract. Then find an investor that will buy it for around $123,000 - $125,000. He would still have around $50,000 to work with. I figured I get it down to $115,000, that would be around 70% arv and I will be able to profit $8,000-$10,000 from it and still leaves a chunk of change for the house rehab invester.
