Need help finding an Asset Manager for PennyMAC in North East

Good Day BP,

I hope all is well. I am desperately trying to buy a foreclosed home in Massachusetts but have had no luck since it has not hit the market yet. Does anyone have any contacts for an Asset Manager that manages Massachusetts. Buying or being the listing agent is my goal.

Thank you!

Would love to find out how you handle this situation Rion, I routinely come up on Buyers looking for properties that are forgotten in the cloud as well. Would love to know how to get in front of the assett manager and send them offers on Massachusetts "non-performing assetts"
