I am in TN. My property was taken out of my house when they changed the locks. I am in foreclosure, I have moved out, some of my property was still in the house as I haven't been able to move it yet, I haven't received anything stated that they would throw away my stuff if I didn't pick it up. I haven't even received an auction date yet. Can they legally do that?
Thanks, Dawn
