Michigan tax deeds sale are coming up in tax-sale.info and I want to buy my next door.

I have no idea of how the process goes. I am not yet to call investor either I have 0 experiences in real estate.

I live in Calhoun County MI.

Who should I ask to get a title clear and all other process to become mine if I win and what are the cost ?

Is there anyone bought from tax deeds in my area and can you please, give me some advice?
