Cert. of Title under bank's name but different owner of record

Hi all,

I am purchasing a condo in Miami, FL in which the title was transferred to the HOA in 2011 through a deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. The final judgement of foreclosure from the bank is dated 11/5/2015 and then in 01/11/2016 there is a certificate of title that shows that the bank is the new owner. But as of 06/216 the HOA still appears as the owner of record in the Miami Dade Property Appraiser website.

Is this something usual in REO properties? Why would the bank not record the deed in the moment they obtained the title?

Thanks for your help.
