How???
Hello BP!
I have one 'simple' question:
How does one go about purchasing a Bank Owned property?

Typically REO's are going to need to be "bid on" by a Realtor/Agent. You submit an offer if they take it you have 48 hours to get them docs/emd. So typically its sent via overnight shipping.
