Florida county held certificates
I found a property that has 4 years of county held certificates
2012 $249
2013 $350
2014 $423
2015 $367
If I purchase 2012 and force the property (non homestead) into tax deed auction do I have to pay all the certificates at the tax deed sale to obtain a tax deed or I should just pay 2012 and 2013 plus title fees, clerk fees etc, then be responsible for the other unpaid certificates when I have ownership. I found many properties after tax deed sales the current owner trying to flip the property still owes 2014 and 2015. Then the county will later put them in available for purchase if the current owner don't pay the taxes.
