Two REOs next to each other
Hi, I am a new investor but I am a real estate attorney so I have some good basics. I found a Fannie Mae property that I think has great potential but it is next store to a property that is going up for sheriff's sale July 7th and is a big eyesore. My realtor is telling me not to buy this property since the risk of having two REO's next to each other is too high when I go to sell it in 90 days after I flip the property in case the other property is well under market and undercuts my profits. Any thoughts??
