Homepath inquiry - HELP NEEDED

Hi everyone!  Help needed!!

I recently listened to a podcast that spoke about HomePath properties and the types of loans one could get on a property categorized on such.  Unfortunately, I only searched "what is a homepath property" and I have no further info.

I was recently sent a property that falls under the category and it needs a minor facelift and I plan to submit an offer.

Any help, suggestions, anything - is greatly appreciated!!
