Finding owners of empty houses

I have found over 20 abandoned houses in my area. Nearly all are pre foreclosure. Some for 6 years. All trashed. I have done extensive research and have tons of info - divorce decrees, bankruptcies ( I haven't done probate yet) but almost nothing to leads me to home owners. I send letters to any addresses I find that are not the address of record. Is there anyone in vegas that has better tracing methods that wants to help me? Or any other ideas out there? I flipped years ago before computers and didn't have this problem. But back then people didn't walk away from foreclosure. They waited to get kicked out. Lol.
