Redemption Periods in WA State

Anyone have any experience in WA state with home auctions and the possible redemption periods that come along with them. Are the redemption periods a case by case basis or is that usually a fixed period that is already predetermined? Something I'd like to educate myself more about here in Seattle and the surrounding areas.

@Brandon Turner perhaps?

It's all in the paperwork of each auction or foreclosure sale. In my opinion it's pretty ridiculous but thems the breaks.
