cash only on auction.com
Hi! My name is Luke. I just joined bigger pockets and started listening to the podcasts. I am thinking about bidding on a couple of houses on auction.com. They are listed as cash only. I know they will take $2500. off my credit card if I due happen to win the bid. I think I would then have 30 days to come up with the rest of the cash?? If I can get my bank to finance the rest before those 30 days and give me a check to send them, will that be okay for a cash only auction?? I take cash only as meaning they won't due the financing, but I wouldn't think they would care if I got the cash from my bank? Any insight will be much appreciated.
