How to find property liens

I'm a newbie investor and also Realtor in the Orlando, FL area and I'm starting the process of looking at getting a foreclosure home from a foreclosure auction from the local county court.  How do You find all the property liens for a giving property and how do you find out what the balance is on these liens and if there are any past due amounts?
