Hello everyone this is been an awesome site. I'm still looking to find out what real estate direction I want to go. Coulld anyone give me an idea of how the tax lien process works? I hear that you buy it and you have to wait because they have a year to pretty much pay it back to you ,but that's all I really have an idea of. any help is much appreciated
