We have been trying to get into the database for many banks and asset companies to begin handling the escrow transactions for REO properties. Unfortunetly it doesnt work for escrow as it does for RE Agents. Anyone have insite on how to begin this process? Its seems so much that it's who you know, not the level of service you can provide! Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
