Hello BP!

I am looking into HUD owned homes to flip. Good idea or bad idea? Are the asking prices negotiable? Anyone ever use foreclosure.com? Is it worth the $40 a month? Thanks BP.

  • Good idea
  • No... but affordable if you work with a HUD authorized Broker who knows what they are doing
  • I have used it n the past to find deals, but wasn't doing the volume necessary to justify the cost when there are so many more affordable alternatives out there
