Wholesaling a short sale in Indianapolis

I have a short sale that is not listed. I found the deal from a letter but have no previous experience in this. I want to get an offer in asap. Does anyone have any advice or have a Real Estate agent that they recommend? I have a purchase agreement ready but need HUD... My title rep reached out to an agent he recommended but have not heard back. Want to get something in ASAP!
