Hi,
If someone bids property on auction dot com, wins it , gets cold feet, and backs-out (they have 24 hr period in which buyer needs to send out earnest money and close it within 30 days) .. Back-out is approved by auction dot com through email..... Is buyer-off the hook at that point ? Or there's still an underlying issues that buyer has to deal with ?
