Eviction after foreclosure- letter that warns of destroying house

My attorney had mentioned a letter one of her clients uses when purchasing a foreclosure and evicting the previous owners that "threatens" legal action if they purposely damage the property on the way out. I don't want to start a discussion about whether this appropriate or legal just looking to see if anyone has one they would be willing to share. She couldn't remember which client or she would have provided it.

Thanks in Advance!

Steve
