NJ - Obtaining Upset Price When No Attorney Name is Given

Hello all...I posted this question in the past for Pennsylvania but now am asking help from anyone with sheriff's sale experience in NJ.

Long story short, all I have is the property address and the judgement amount. The attorney's name handling the foreclosure is not given so I don't know who to contact to find the upset price. Even the day of the sale, no upset price is given. Any help would be greatly appreciated (and if I'm not clear enough in this post I'd be happy to elaborate.) Thanks in advance.
