Inspection on bank owned properties
Hello guys/gals I have a quick question for you if you don't mind.
Am I able to have an Inspector look at a foreclosed property for me before making an offet to the bank?
I get a little confused on the wording when it comes to listings such as "This property is bank owned. It is sold in "as-is" condition without repairs or warranty. Buyer is responsible for verifying all information contained in this listing."
So does this mean I'm able to have an Inspector walk through the property? Sorry for the noob questions guys I promise I'll get better as time goes on.
Thanks for your time and answers.
