Pre-Foreclosure Help
I am looking to buy a condo in Chicago's West Loop. I found a lot of pre-forclosures and I wanted to know if anyone has experience with contacting attorneys and / or distressed owners. I want to save time by going about my communications the right way. Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
