Foreclosure advice for a first time buyer

Sean R.

I have yet to get my feet wet in real estate investing and am looking for advice on a possible deal. Its a foreclosure.

-1 bed 1.5 bath, condo unit.

-List price is $5,900. Comps are selling around $20k.

My questions are:

Is this too good to be true? If not, what should my moves be in order to secure the deal and make my first investment?

Thanks for the help.
