Clear title?
i bought a property about 6 months ago from county auction, when I got the certificate of title there were no mention of leins. Does this mean that the property was wiped clean of all debt when it was sold to me at auction? This was my understandinghow things worked. But if there was still liens, wouldn't it be on the certificate of title?
