Hi, I am looking at a lot of homes in my local area that are pre-foreclosure & REO properties. So at the moment looking for potential good deals. My question here is finding investor criteria for my farm area? Would using SEO with a website (set up to help distressed home owners) work to connect with investors in the area I know the most about? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
