@Bill Gulley

I have a dumb question because I think I already know the answer.  Anyway I just want to be sure since $30000 is on the line.

When a mortgage is recorded on the same say as a LOC and the page for the mortgage is 1 less than the page for the LOC, the mortgage is considered senior to the LOC. Right?

For example mortgage is Book 1 Page 10 and the LOC is Book 1 Page 11.
