Cost of rehabbing in NJ

Can anyone give me a rule of thumb to estimate what it might cost to do each of the following in a 2 family house (figure 2BR 2Bath in each unit) and in a single family house (figure 3BR/2Bath)? (a) Complete plumbing rehab, (b) complete electrical rehab.

I know this will vary widely, but I'm just looking for a very rough idea. Only if you've done this in NJ, as costs here are generally much higher than most of the rest of the country. Thanks.
