Forelcosure basics for a beginner

Hey BP, I am new at this whole foreclosure deal. I've been sitting off to the side doing as much research and reading as I can.  I now need to double check my work in case I'm completely wrong.

What I have been doing is going to my county tax and property info page:

I then hit the foreclosures section to look at all the listed properties:

Question 1: These listed properties are all Pre-Foreclosures?  Typically how long does it take for "Date of Sale" to be announced after "Judgment Filed" or "First Action"?

Moving on I click on the Tax ID # to view all the data on the property.  This brings me to the Tax Bill: (all same address)

Question 2:  Are these payments the reason the house is getting foreclosed?  Will the auction start at the price "Amount Due" listed 2 screenshots above or will the starting price be the outstanding loan amount?

Thanks in advance for any insight given. If I have any other questions I'll edit the post.
