End of year clearance from HUD?

We are a brokerage that works with investors, finding them great deals on HUD homes in Florida.

We have been surprised!

Last Friday we won two homes... Yesterday, we won two more... I can't wait to see what is going on today!

Is anyone else experiencing what we are seeing here in Florida? Homes that have been on the market for a while, are suddenly having lower offers accepted?
