Foreclosures

I've notice the foreclosure listings can vary. In my area I've been a foreclosed condo for $117,000 and the exact same condo model, same condition in the same building listed for $147,000 foreclosed also. Where are the banks getting their listing number from? I also noticed it in single family homes where the prices range from $135,000 to $299,000.
