4-plex auction win in VA! Should I purchase a location drawing?

BP,

Good morning.  We have recently purchased a 4-plex on auction and are getting ready to close.  I received the closing document last night and noticed a Affidavit and Hold Harmless Agreement.  It says "the buyers desire to purchase the property without the benefit of having a location drawing prepared of the property".  I didn't convey that by any means. Is that standard in an auction or should I postpone the closing to have the location drawing completed?

Thank you,

Greg
