Detroit HUD's

I wanted to post in regard to the HUD homes in Detroit. Typically I have found that majority of Government owned homes are in better conditions. That being said it is a bidding process, highest bidder wins. What is cool about HUD is that they have several periods where bidding may be open to ONLY Non-Profits and Government Agencies. For those Investors new or old this is a great idea to invest in property

1. You get first pick in the bidding process

2. You can purchase these homes under your Non-Profit

This is a good way for a new investor to start and get the really GOOD properties
