Chicago recommendations for evicting foreclosure owners

Hi I'm new to BP and have a question about evicting owners after foreclosure auction has taken place. Does anyone have a method that works well? Any specific companies used or do it yourself? Most of the properties I have put in offers on are occupied and this information will really help. Thanks in advance!
