Getting Started with Foreclosures/Flips
I am a new investor getting started in the Kansas City area. We are looking to flip homes and are looking at Pre-Foreclosures/Foreclosures/HUDS to get going. I have a system in place ARV-Profit-Fees-Updates-Contingency that seems to work well when bidding but we haven't been able to close a deal. The Pre Foreclosure or Foreclosure / HUD homes usually go for list or higher. Do you have any advice on how we might do this differently? Thank you for the help.
