Hi all - I'm new to BP, but am finding it full of great information as I start my investing path. I'm hopeful some light might be shed on the actual process - step by step - of purchasing an reo property. I have an agent that I have used in the past, but my previous purchases were homes our family lived in. Is it possible to outline the process? I.E. 1. Agent locates property 2. We like property and want to make an offer 3. Would we actually be able to do a walk through / inspection prior to making an offer Etc... Many thanks in advance! Dave
