Its still possible to find good deals on Tampa Bay are foreclosures, but lately I've noticed a change.

Now REO properties are usually in multiple offer situations requiring investors to make their highest and best offer their first offer.

Banks are instructing listing agents to reject offers under full asking price, with long inspection periods, or with assignable contracts.
