What happens to HUD investor listings that don't sell?
Subject says it all, I was tracking a listing on hudhomestore.com that I was considering and just waiting for it to drop some more from the asking price and yesterday it disappeared. I checked the bid results page and didn't see it and Zillow is saying it's off market now so I'm kind of wondering what happens now? Is there a way to make an offer on it still, does it go to HubZu? Unfortunately I can't remember who the realtor was or I'd call them...
