Making offers on Hud owned homes in Fl
I am new to BP and also real estate investing trying to do my first flip I've been looking at a lot of bank owned homes and went to make an offer on one when my realtor informed me it was a hud owned home and they required the buyer to occupy the residence does any one have experience dealing with Hud properties in Fl and know the ins and outs on doing so I would appreciate any help.
Thanks John
