Title is under my sisters name but the loan is not. It is under a family friends name. The loan has been past due and is possibly up for foreclosure soon. That family friend is filing for bankruptcy and somehow is now dealing with the bank in what seems to be DIL of foreclosure. How would this affect my sister? Is there anything she can do to save the home? Can she object to the DIL?
