Need some advice from seasoned REO agent.

I have a lot of experience with residential real estate but not so much with REO's, some but not a lot. I was just referred to an Asset Manager. I contacted her and she said to email my contact information to her. She gave me her email address and I did so yet didn't hear back. I called again and she said she is trying to work through current inventory but will contact me later. I do not want to hound this person but I also want some of her business. Any advice from one who has been here? Many thanks...
