Foreclosure purchase / title question
Hi, we are looking to purchase our first foreclosure. The bank has an addendum which we must sign that states we will assume all encumbrances on the property. They also would like to use their title company. Question is... Should we hire our own title company to check for any liens, fines/ fees, violations, etc...??
