Has anyone noticed a lull in REO activity?
Lately it feels like I've been placing offers on properties and sitting and waiting forever for an answer which is usually "they are probably negotiating another deal so we have not gotten a rejection, counter or acceptance" yet. Whatever happened to just answer with a counteroffer? I've lost out on 3 deals like this. It almost feels like they are keeping me hanging just in case instead of just counteroffering and letting me move on to another property.
