I was thinking about joining RealtyTRAC and heard that the service they provided was less than optimal. Much of the advice suggested contacting a local title company and asking to be put on email lists for foreclosures..........how does this work practically??????????????....I don't know who, how to approach a title company to provide me this type of service Any advice appreciated.
